Job summary

The LEGO Group in Danbury, CT is seeking a Store Team Member to assist the ASM and SM in keeping holiday schedules, supervising Sales Associates, and ensuring excellent product presentation and store operations. Weekend availability is required to support busy periods and promotional events.

You will help manage stock, process deliveries, and ensure accurate cash handling while upholding LEGO policies and delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with customer service focus.

• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues per LEGO policies with coaching/feedback.
• Process store materials and orders for supplies within budget.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure products are merchandised and loss prevention targets are met.
• Assist with merchandise presentation according to store guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

• Assists the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling
• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with the ASM and SM's support, providing timely coaching and feedback
• Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budgets
• Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates
• Ensures a well organised stockroom is maintained at all times and that all available products are merchandised on the shop floor and loss prevention targets are achieved
• Assists the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines
• Receive and process delivery of product and store materials
• Weekend availability a necessity
