Kendra Scott is seeking a part-time Stylist to bring our brand to life daily. You will provide exceptional customer service, educate guests on product details, and adapt across the salesfloor, colorbar, events, and operations. A positive, energetic brand ambassador who loves fashion and trends will thrive here.

Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, stand for 6 hours, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW service to every guest using WOW Principles.
• Represent the Kendra Scott brand with enthusiasm and integrity.
• Educate guests on product details and personal style.
• Assist across Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team to deliver WOW experiences for all guests.
