Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a part-time Stylist to bring the brand to life and provide WOW service to every guest. You will be the face of the store, helping guests find products that match their style and needs while representing our philanthropic brand values.

You will work across store areas such as Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events and Operations, maintaining high-energy guest interactions and a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW service to every guest and make a difference in their day.
• Educate guests on product details and personal style; make product suggestions.
• Move between Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events and Operations as needed.
• Build guest connections to grow brand footprint and store performance.
• Uphold Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
