Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company is hiring a Part-Time Retail Store Specialist for the El Paso West store. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service, help customers choose safety footwear, and support daily store operations in El Paso, TX.

You'll learn product lines, use Navision, process sales at the POS, maintain displays, assist with inventory, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented store environment. This role offers 25–30 hours per week and growth opportunities.

We're looking for a Part-Time Retail Store Specialist who can wow customers with exceptional customer service and support daily store operations in El Paso West, TX. This retail store job is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and loves working with people.

This part-time position is scheduled for approximately 25–30 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service while helping customers select safety footwear


• Learn product lines and explain features, fit and benefits to customers


• Learn and use Aetrex Foot Scanning Technology to help customers optimize fit


• Process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments using POS systems and mobile checkout tools


• Look up customer information, purchase history and program details within company systems


• Maintain clean, organized and fully stocked showroom displays while supporting visual merchandising initiatives


• Merchandise incoming inventory and assist with inventory management and product organization


• Support local store growth through outreach, marketing and customer engagement efforts


• Assist with store operations and administrative support tasks as needed


• Help create a positive, team-oriented store environment as a valued retail team member


• Cross-train in other administrative office duties, ordering supplies, receiving mail, etc.


• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 9 months of retail sales or customer service experience


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Friendly, dependable and customer-focused attitude


• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities


• Comfortable learning new systems and technology


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions accurately


• Ability to learn and use our retail operating systems (Navision)

Schedule

• Part-time position


• Approximately 25–30 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

• 401(k) plan with 50% employer match on the first 6% of employee base pay


• PTO is available after 90 days, accrued at 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked
