Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store is seeking a part-time Retail Store Processor in Highland, MI. You will sort, tag, price merchandise and help track production numbers while maintaining clean spaces and assisting with loading and stocking duties.

Typical schedule covers evenings, weekends, and holidays with paid training and ongoing coaching. Prior retail or thrift experience is preferred, and attendance is essential.

Location: Highland MI Pay: $13.73 - $15.73 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 24 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
