Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support the Back of House/Receiving team. You will help lead Receiving Associates, maintain organized stock and the sales floor, and ensure adherence to Burlington standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Back of House, Receiving/Stocking preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and positive attitude required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift merchandise up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Model Burlington Back of House standards for receiving/stocking.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Drive associate compliance with policies and standards.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
