Burlington is hiring a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support our Back of House Receiving team. You will extend the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor, lead Receiving Associates, and help bring merchandise displays to life.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Capable of coaching and guiding team members to meet standards.
• Comfortable lifting 40 lbs or more and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model Back of House standards for receiving/stocking.
• Maintain neat, orderly stock areas, receiving and sales floor.
• Coaching associates, recognizing performance in the moment.
• Coordinate meal and break periods; monitor schedule adherence.
