Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support our Receiving/Stocking team. You will lead from the front, model standards, and help bring merchandise displays to life on a fast-paced retail floor.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to lift 40lbs+ while standing for long periods. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model Back of House standards for receiving/stocking team.
• Maintain a neat, orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Drive Associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coach Associates in the moment and provide recognition.
