Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of supervisory experience in a similar retail environment, or 6 weeks as sales/cashier at Melrose.
• Promotion rules require minimum 2 months prior supervisory experience for promotion eligibility.
• Bronze & Silver Stores require 18+ years old; Gold & Platinum Stores require 18+ and post-high school.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure quality customer service.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to maintain team coverage and service levels.
