ScanScape is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates in Grand Rapids, MI. You will visit multiple local stores weekly to scan product barcodes, collect in-store data, and support our client data needs across grocery and other retailer types.

Role requires 18+ with a valid license, reliable vehicle, ability to lift 25 pounds, and comfort with standing for long periods. Flexible scheduling and occasional travel compensation are included.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure standing for long periods while accessing products.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet high.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter with reliable Wi‑Fi and tech savviness.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and in aisles.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes and provide quantities for about 45% of products.
• Complete display scanning across the store and handle custom projects as needed.
• Meet weekly deadlines while delivering accurate data for clients.
• Work across grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise retailers.
