Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit designated stores each week to scan barcodes on displays and in–aisle locations. You’ll use a mobile app to collect data that helps improve product performance for retailers.

Role includes flexible hours (4–9 per week across stores) with occasional extra hours for special projects; on-site work requiring physical activity. AI screening is used in candidate evaluation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance.
• Able to endure being on your feet for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet in the air.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms and legs.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned local retailers weekly for data collection across stores.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes in stores.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products.
• Complete display scanning weekly; work may include time-consuming tasks.
• Participate in special projects (custom projects) adding 30 minutes to 2 hours per store during busy weeks.
