Job summary

BuddiesHR is recruiting part-time Retail Scan Associates for in-store data collection across local retailers. You will scan barcodes with a mobile app, report quantities when required, and help improve product visibility. Work is on-site in Hebbronville, with flexible hours and a weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes in assigned stores using a mobile app.
• Collect data on product displays and aisle locations weekly.
• Provide quantity estimates for selected products as required.
• Complete store scanning across the entire store weekly, including special projects.
• Meet weekly deadlines to ensure timely data delivery to clients.
