Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit selected stores, scan barcodes, and help improve product performance. The base hours average 4–6 per week, with 1–2 additional hours per store for special projects, higher demand Jan–June.

You will use a mobile app to scan items, provide quantity data for about 45% of SKUs, and stay active throughout shifts. This role offers independence, flexible scheduling, and ongoing data collection across major retailers.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, scanning barcodes in various store locations.
• Provide quantity data for ~45% of scanned products.
• Communicate with clients and adhere to weekly deadlines.
• Engage in occasional additional work on Custom Projects.
• Maintain reliable attendance and accurate data collection across multiple store types.
