FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn stores in the United States.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work to provide friendly, efficient service while promoting financial solutions and products. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $12.95–$15.95 and an opportunity to earn commissions up to 8% based on personal performance.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time (standing, walking, etc.).
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• May be asked to assist customers at exterior locations or in exterior storage areas.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Should be able to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays organized.
• Performs sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policies and regulations.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions clearly.
• Collaborates with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training and supports others as needed.
