Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Lead in Livermore, CA to support store leadership by driving customer engagement and sales results. You will model the Vans voice and coach associates while fostering an authentic, inclusive environment. This is a part-time role with growth opportunities within VF Corporation.

You will lead by example, drive results through coaching, and ensure operational excellence while delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Qualifications

Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
Proven ability to drive results through team coaching and operational excellence
Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high‑performing, diverse teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress and results against key targets.
Foster a consumer-centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, while modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.
Assist in providing direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager, including covering breaks or opening the store.
Regularly interact with customers in-store, delivering a high level of service.
