Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric mindset and inclusive store environment.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates.
• Occasionally cover store or manager absence and supervise during breaks.
• Interact with customers regularly to provide a high level of service.
• Provide actionable feedback and adhere to policies and company procedures.
