Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is hiring a Part Time Sales Lead in Myrtle Beach to open/close the store, support sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will execute day-to-day store operations, follow engagement strategies, and maintain merchandising standards that align with Kontoor brands.

The role emphasizes leadership, onboarding new team members, and achieving weekly loyalty and sales goals while upholding company policies and loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week including one weekend day and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales, building customer relationships and promoting rewards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures, handle transactions, and protect POS integrity.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of other leaders and help onboard new team members.
