Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor. You will greet customers, assist with product knowledge, and process transactions at the register.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends, and comfortable using POS systems and handheld devices. Team-driven environment with opportunities to grow and learn.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
