Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Morristown, TN. The role focuses on delivering a great customer experience, handling sales transactions, and keeping the store safe and organized.

Occasional evenings and weekends are required, with opportunities for growth into full-time roles. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan along with PTO and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
