Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join a high-performing team. You will provide a great experience for customers, handle sales transactions, and encourage customers to participate in company programs.

The anticipated rate is $18.50 per hour with eligibility for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Associates can enroll in the 401(k) plan and accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year, plus paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
