Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns, offering exchanges when possible.
• Inform management about stock, service needs and feedback.
• Support team goals and maintain a positive store environment.
• Frequently operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Move and stock merchandise up to 25 lbs and reach storage up to 10 ft.
