Responsibilities

• Greet customers to assess needs and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Describe footwear and apparel technology to help customers make informed decisions.
• Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, and policies regarding purchases and exchanges or returns.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of footwear and apparel to maximize sales goals.
• Watch for security risks and theft and know how to handle these situations.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with stocking and shelf presentation.
• Support processing of shipment and merchandising tasks as needed.
• Retrieve product from floor, back-stock and up-stock using provided equipment.
