Responsibilities

• Describe footwear and apparel technology to help informed decisions
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of sales promotions and return policies
• Demonstrate product features to maximize sales goals
• Assist with shipment processing and floor replenishment
• Retrieve product from floor/back-stock as needed
