Responsibilities

• Greet customers, determine needs, and recommend merchandise.
• Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise.
• Answer customer questions promptly and politely.
• Stock and recover merchandise.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Ensure proper signage is in place throughout the department.
• General use of computer to check prices and inventories.
• Assist with inventory preparation.
• Create special orders when needed.
• Maintain safety and address hazards in-store.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Bring in carts from outside.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
