Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate at Mall of America. This part-time, seasonal position offers a wage of $15 to $17 per hour with team-based commission.

You will engage customers, share Vuori’s brand values, and ensure a memorable shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping with fitting rooms, providing feedback on merchandise, meeting sales goals, and supporting inventory and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Forge lasting relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic and engaging manner.
• Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Assist in inventory management and communicate stock needs to support business goals.
• Maintain a neat, clean selling floor and assist with merchandising directives.
