Vuori, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate at Mall of America in Minnesota. This part-time seasonal role focuses on creating great customer experiences, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will learn Vuori’s brand values, assist customers with product knowledge and fit, and contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining store standards and inventory. This position requires availability nights, weekends and holidays.

Operations

• Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
• Collaborate with management in areas of inventory management.
• Ensure the retail store is cleaned on a regular basis – including floors and bathroom.
• Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, petty cash.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives.
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
• Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.

• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

The hourly range for this role is $15/hr - $17/hr, plus team pooled commission.
