Job summary

Liberty by My Wireless in Puerto Rico is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to help Liberty customers choose the right plans and devices while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will participate in training, strive for sales goals, and support store operations. The role offers an uncapped commission program and paid training, with a base hourly rate of $11.50–$12.00.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer facing sales experience.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calling.
• Bilingual is a plus, but good communication skills are a must.

Compensation

Liberty Mobile PR Part-Time Retail Sales Associates at My Wireless are offered a competitive hourly base rate of $11.50 – $12.00 per hour plus commissions based on a draw system — each month you will earn whichever is higher between your base pay or your earned commissions.
