In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service at the point of sale and in customer service processes, focusing on consistent execution and operational efficiency. You will handle speed of service transactions while creating a compelling customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle different methods of payment.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards accurately and efficiently, providing courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through proper completion of all required point of sale and merchandise practices.
• Assist in training new hires on the service team, including teaching process best practices and proper point of sale procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
