Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Reset Merchandiser to support grocery retailers in Elba, Alabama. This part-time role offers paid training and the chance to work independently or with a team to execute resets and new item cut-ins.

You will build relationships with store management, gain shelf placement, and manage promotional items. Prior planogram experience is preferred, with travel to multiple stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available Monday – Thursday, starting at 7 a.m. Occasionally on Fridays as needed.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a day.
• Must have access to a smart device and the internet.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Experience with planograms and resets is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gaining shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• New item cut-ins and resets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
