Please Note: Excellent customer service skills are a must! Part-time position is available. Please tell us about your availability! Ability to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday is required; this position is scheduled for a 5-hour shift three times a week.

Our Retail Centers are open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays.

Pay: $15.65/hr. This position is eligible for Daily Pay! Work today, get paid today! We’ve partnered with DailyPay, a voluntary benefit to offer employees access to their pay on their own schedule. JOB SUMMARY:

The Retail Production Associate I will primarily work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. This includes pricing and testing as required. The Associate is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with organized and presentable products. The Associate may occasionally interact with customers and is expected to provide excellent customer service. The role may involve working in various areas such as hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, mechanical goods, books, or shoes, based on business needs. There may also be occasional work in donations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Meet or exceed productivity standards and KPIs for assigned duties.
• Sort donated items by type, season, color, and quality.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for sale.
• Inspect and test items to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Price items according to company standards, researching value online as needed.
• Keep production and sales areas organized, stocked, and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering product questions.
• Rotate or remove old or unsold products to keep the sales floor refreshed.
• Assist with processing E-Commerce products as needed.
• Follow all retail policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain organized work areas and participate in continuous improvement.
• Cross-train in other departments and act as a backup as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform successfully, candidates should meet the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and decision-making ability.
• Proficiency with basic technology and research skills.
• Ability to assess product quality and value, including color judgment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to use a dolly and pallet jack.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed.
