Buchheit Inc. is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate for our House Springs, MO location.

You will work closely with customers, sharing product knowledge on features, warranties, discounts, and care tips while maintaining compelling store displays and staying aware of trends and competition. In this role, you will build long-term customer relationships to achieve sales goals and represent the store positively.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, determine needs, and recommend merchandise.
• Advise on utilization and care of merchandise as needed.
• Answer customer questions promptly and politely.
• Stock and recover merchandise and maintain displays.
• Keep work area clean and organized and assist inventory prep.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Ensure proper signage throughout the department.
• Use computer to check prices and inventories.
• Create special orders as needed.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally.
