Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a part-time Sales Associate at our Liberty Township store. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, upsell accessories, and contribute to a vibrant, fashion-forward environment.

You’ll join piercing experts, maintain a sterile, welcoming space, and help keep displays fresh and easy to shop while supporting store operations and cash handling with a positive, team-oriented vibe.

Qualifications

• You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
• You are proficient with a POS system to process transactions.
• You can stand during shifts and lift 25–75 lbs (11–35 kg).
• You stay up to date with fashion trends to boost sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver next-level customer experiences and upsell promos to drive revenue.
• Train and oversee piercing services; maintain a sterile environment.
• Keep store displays organized and easy to shop.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and sales tips.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay current with fashion trends to boost sales.
• Oversee store operations including inventory and cash handling.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's haul on social media.
