Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Associate in Cranston, RI to support daily store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising. You will help deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include stock replenishment, event setups, and upholding Sephora standards while promoting inclusivity and teamwork among the staff. Part-time, hourly position with flexible scheduling, requiring 15–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
