Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising Representative to service stores within a 15-mile radius of your home. This part-time role offers 7-12 hours per week with a rotating schedule, paid training, and mileage reimbursement.

You will execute merchandising projects, report progress via mobile app, and maintain strong store relationships to support client goals. Compensation includes an in-store and online training hourly rate of $13.25, with weekly pay and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations.
• Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of home.
• Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities.
• Smart device with data plan, app download capability, and photo upload functionality.
• Active email address and phone with voicemail.
• Strong communications skills in person, by phone and via email.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, boxcutter and hammer.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time.
• Stock and organize products, audit placement, tag items, collect data, set displays, and maintain planograms.
• Report all completed in-store projects via a mobile app with photos.
• Make routine decisions, elevate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines.
• Build professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals.
• Collaborate with Channel Partners employees and partners.
• Lift up to 10 pounds for 60% of the time, stand and walk up to 4 hours, see small items and numbers.
• Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, stoop, bend, kneel and crouch, reach above/below shoulder level.
• Lift up to 50 pounds on rare occasions, climb ladders and stairs.
