Job summary

CROSSMARK is hiring a Retail Merchandising Representative in Virginia Beach for part-time work across multiple stores. You will promote nationally distributed products, build displays, stock shelves, and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.

The role offers a daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, with pay rate of $20.00 per hour and travel within a local territory. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Comfort using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
