Job summary

CROSSMARK in Rosedale, Maryland is seeking a part-time Retail Client Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products in local convenience stores. The role emphasizes building relationships with store staff and managing displays, pricing, and inventory.

You will work a daytime schedule with weekly pay and travel within a defined territory. Must be 21+, able to lift up to 50lbs, and comfortable using smart devices. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
