Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Merchandising Representative in Coachella, CA to stock shelves, build relationships with store staff, and report visits via a mobile app. This part-time role provides hands-on training and a path to grow with a trusted client in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include unloading pallets, stocking designated shelves, and ensuring store standards across assigned locations. No prior experience required beyond a motivation to learn and adapt.

Qualifications

• Workdays vary by location; most are Monday–Friday; some require weekend availability.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using and downloading applications to a smart device.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to multiple stores per day.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from pallets and stock onto the designated shelf location.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Unload/load product in the backroom and dispose of trash as needed.
• Report service visits through a mobile application.
