CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative for EAST PEORIA, IL to promote nationally distributed products in convenience and retail locations. You will gain shelf placement, build displays, stock shelves, and develop rapport with store management and staff.

The role offers a flexible daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
