Job summary

Serv-U-Success in Westland, MI is seeking a Store Representative for a part-time shift Thu-Sun, 12pm-4pm, with pay starting at $16.00 per hour and up to $18.00 per hour based on experience. You will stock shelves, set displays, and keep stores customer-ready daily.

You’ll engage in merchandising, project execution, and store operations while collaborating with Store Managers and teammates. Join a dependable, detail-oriented team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand/walk during shifts and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
