Job summary

CROSSMARK in Akron, OH is seeking a Retail Merchandising Representative for high-volume stocking and shelf maintenance. You will unload pallets, stock shelves, and build professional relationships with store management while reporting visits through a mobile app.

This part-time role requires reliability, ability to travel to multiple stores, and comfort with smart-device applications. Training is provided; weekend shifts may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using and downloading applications to a smart device.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day.
• Workdays vary by location; most are Monday–Friday with some weekend availability.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from pallets and stock onto designated shelf locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and personnel.
• Unload/load product in the backroom and dispose of trash as needed.
• Report service visits through a mobile application.
