Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. Responsibilities include collaborating with store teams for product placement, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may service products for other vendors, with instructions and additional time provided.

Salary and Shift Details

• Starting pay up to $13.00, depending on shift and location
• Part-Time position with a variable schedule
• Weekly hours between 12–30 hours
• Availability around major holidays, including weekends, is required

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Manage product displays, restock, organize, and monitor inventory using a mobile device
• Support seasonal holiday demand, working additional days and hours during holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• Participate in department resets, building and installing fixtures, relocating products, and resetting sections, often with advance notice
• Support team efforts beyond assigned responsibilities as needed

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role requiring high energy. You must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, and perform tasks such as stooping, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders.
