Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. Your responsibilities include collaborating with store teams to optimize product placement, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting seasonal resets and installations. You may also service products from other vendors as needed, with provided instructions and additional time.

Salary and Schedule

• Starting pay ranges from $11.00 to $13.00, depending on shift and location.
• This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the week.
• Weekly hours are between 8 and 12 hours.
• Availability around major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage product displays in various retail stores using a mobile device, restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory.
• Support seasonal holiday demand, working additional days and hours around holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Participate in department resets, including building and installing fixtures, relocating products, and resetting sections, often with advance notice.
• Support additional tasks and installation efforts as part of the team.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds, and performing tasks like stooping, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate hand-held technology and access Wi-Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
