Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser to work independently in local stores, showcasing strong organization and time management while building retailer relationships. You will be the face of Hallmark, collaborating with store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.

This part-time role includes seasonal resets, installations, and opportunities to work with products from other companies in serviced stores. A mobile device is used daily for restocking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents and information.
• Access to Wi-Fi and reliable transportation to stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in stores using a provided device.
• Holiday support: expect additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installations and remodeling tasks, sometimes evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with fellow merchandisers across territories when needed.
