Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative in Spartanburg, SC. You will promote nationally distributed products, build relationships with store staff, and ensure planograms and pricing accuracy across multiple locations.

The role offers flexible daytime hours, weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and health benefits as part of a broad benefits package. Previous retail/customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Comfortable using a smart device
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism
• Physically able to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs
• Willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items
• Sell and build product displays
• Stock shelves with products
• Build rapport with store management and staff
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management
