Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently, establishing retailer relationships, and collaborating with store teams to optimize product placement and inventory. You may also support seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally service other vendors' products with provided instructions and additional time.

Salary and Shift Details

• Starting pay between $16.25 - $17.00, depending on shift and location.
• Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the week.
• Weekly hours: 8-10 hours.
• Availability during major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Manage Hallmark product displays in various retail stores, restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory via mobile device.
• Support holiday seasons with additional hours around Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, possibly working on holidays and weekends.
• Participate in department resets, including building fixtures and relocating products, often with two weeks' notice, which may include evenings or weekends.
• Support additional tasks as part of the team effort.

Physical Requirements

This physically demanding role requires energy and urgency. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly, and 50 pounds occasionally, while working on the sales floor and in back stockrooms. You should be able to stoop, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

• Ability to operate mobile technology and access Wi-Fi and internet.
