Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will work independently to organize and manage product displays, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. Your responsibilities include collaborating with store teams to optimize product placement, maintaining inventory levels, supporting seasonal resets, and occasionally servicing other vendors’ products with provided instructions and additional time.

SALARY AND SHIFT DETAILS

• Starting pay ranges from $13.50 to $14.50 depending on shift and location.
• This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the week.
• Weekly hours are between 9 and 13 hours.
• Availability during major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will service retail stores such as grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers, managing product displays, restocking, organizing, and inventory monitoring via a mobile device. Responsibilities also include supporting holiday seasons, assisting with department resets, and supporting additional tasks as needed across the team.

Physical Requirements

This physically demanding role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and to perform tasks such as stooping, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• Access to Wi-Fi and reliable transportation
• Ability to operate mobile devices for work activities
