As a Retail Merchandiser, you will work independently, showcasing organization and time management skills, establishing retailer relationships, and representing Hallmark. Salary and Shift Details

• Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 depending on shift and location.
• This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Weekly hours are between 9 and 12 hours.
• Availability around major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will service retail stores such as grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers, managing product displays, restocking, organizing, and inventory monitoring via a mobile device. Responsibilities include:

• Engagement in daily store service activities.
• Supporting holiday seasons with additional hours and holiday work.
• Participating in department resets and installations, often notified two weeks in advance, which may include evenings or weekends.
• Supporting team efforts beyond assigned responsibilities as needed.

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding, requiring high energy and urgency. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry items up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, and perform tasks such as stooping, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders throughout the day.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
