Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may service another vendor's product in your assigned stores with provided instructions and additional budgeted time.

SALARY AND SHIFT DETAILS

• Starting pay up to $16.75 depending on shift and location.
• Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Weekly hours between 6–8 hours.
• Availability during major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role And Responsibilities

You will perform service work in retail stores such as grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. Responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day engagement: Restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory using a mobile device, communicating with supervisors, and interacting professionally with store staff and customers.
• Holiday support: Additional days and hours around holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, including working on the actual holidays.
• Department Resets: Installing fixtures, relocating products, and resetting sections, often with two weeks' notice, which may include evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: Supporting additional tasks and installations as needed across the team.

Physical Requirements

This physically demanding role requires energy and a sense of urgency. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, and be able to stand, walk, stoop, squat, and climb stairs or ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate mobile technology and access Wi-Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
