Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently, showcasing your organization and time management skills, establishing retailer relationships, and being the face of Hallmark. Your responsibilities include collaborating with store teams to optimize product placement, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may service another vendor's product in your assigned store, with detailed instructions and additional time provided.

Salary and Shift Details

• Starting pay ranges from $14.50 to $15.00, depending on shift and location.
• This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule during the work week.
• Weekly hours are approximately 7–10 hours.
• Availability during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will service various retail stores—grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers—focusing on:

• Daily Engagement: Restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products using a mobile device, communicating with supervisors, and interacting professionally with store staff and customers.
• Holiday Support: Supporting seasonal demand during holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, including working on holidays and weekends.
• Department Resets: Assisting with installations, fixture building, relocating products, and resetting sections, often with two weeks' notice for remodels, which may include evenings or weekends.
• Team Support: Supporting additional work and installation efforts as needed within the team.

Physical Requirements

This physically demanding role requires high energy and a sense of urgency. You must be able to push, pull, lift (up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally), and carry merchandise and fixtures, as well as stoop, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders throughout the day.

Basic Qualifications
