Job Description

Join Hallmark as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Indianapolis, IN! This role involves merchandising, creating, and building displays within your territory to enhance the shopper experience. Salary and Shift Details

• Starting pay ranges from $12.00 to $14.50 depending on shift and location.
• This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Weekly hours are between 12 and 15 hours.
• Availability during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will perform service work in various retail stores, managing the Hallmark product display, restocking, and inventory management via a mobile device. Responsibilities include seasonal holiday support, department resets, and supporting team efforts. You may need to work on holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, including weekends and evenings for remodels or resets.

Physical Requirements

This physically demanding role requires high energy and the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. You must be able to stand, walk, stoop, squat, climb stairs, and step ladders throughout your shift.

Basic Qualifications
